Welcome to Coach Q XCTF (a Quinntessentials, LLC, brand). By engaging in our coaching services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Coach Q XCTF offers coaching services designed to support clients in achieving personal or professional goals. Coaching is a collaborative process, not therapy, medical advice, or financial consulting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services unless you have written consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Booking: Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.

  • Payment: Payment is due before the start of the session or coaching program unless otherwise arranged.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling:

    • You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice.

    • Late cancellations may be charged in full or counted as a completed session.

4. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all coaching sessions. Personal information and session content will not be shared with third parties unless:

  • You provide written consent

  • Disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm, legal obligation)

5. Disclaimer

Coaching is a professional relationship designed to facilitate growth and change. However, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes.

You agree that:

  • Coaching does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  • You are fully responsible for your decisions and actions resulting from coaching.

6. Limitation of Liability

Coach Q XCTF is not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our coaching services.

  • Decisions or actions you take as a result of coaching.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching (e.g., worksheets, exercises, content) are the property of Coach Q XCTF. You may use them for personal purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate coaching services at any time if:

  • There is a breach of these terms

  • We determine that coaching is no longer appropriate for the client’s needs

Unused sessions in such cases may be refunded at our discretion.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Texas.
