Whether you're brand new to running or an avid runner, Coach Q will generate training plans specifically for you! With in-person and virtual options, no matter where you are in the world, you can access your plans and training anywhere. Fill out your information below, and Coach Q will reach out to you shortly.
 

Note: Payments can only currently be processed through Venmo, Cash App, and/or Zelle.

Self-Paced Training Plans (Virtual Only)

What You Get: 

  • 3, 6, or 9 weeks personalized plan

  • Weekly or biweekly check ins

  • Running + lifting

Perfect For:

  • People outside DFW and SD areas

  • Go-getters who can keep themselves accountable

  • People who need flexibility 

Price: $90-270 ($30 a week)

One-on-One Coaching (Virtual/In Person)

What You Get: 

  • 3, 6, or 9 weeks personalized plan

  • Daily check ins

  • Running + lifting + technique work

Perfect For:

  • People within DFW and SD areas

  • People who need some accountability and group support

  • Experienced runners trying to achieve specific training goals

Price: $450 ($150 a week)

Want nutritional and recovery support?

Add either the supplemental nutrition and/or recovery plan to any program! Each includes a weekly check in with Coach Q for an additional $50 per program per 3 week period.
