Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 24, 2025

At Coach Q XCTF (a Quinntessentials, LLC, brand), we strive to provide a valuable and transformative coaching experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to handle refunds fairly and transparently.

1. Coaching Sessions & Packages

Single Sessions

  • Cancellation with Notice: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice. In this case, you can choose to reschedule or request a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable and may be counted as a completed session.

Coaching Packages (Multi-Session Programs)

  • Refund Requests: If you purchase a coaching package and wish to discontinue, you may request a refund for unused sessions. Used sessions will be charged at the regular single-session rate (not the discounted package rate).

  • Time Limits: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Administrative Fees: We reserve the right to deduct reasonable administrative or processing fees from the refunded amount, if applicable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed coaching sessions

  • Digital products, downloads, or online course materials (if applicable)

  • Group coaching programs or events that have already commenced

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may consider partial or full refunds outside of this policy for special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies). Please contact us to discuss.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name

  • The service purchased

  • The date of purchase

  • Reason for the refund request

5. Processing Time

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
